Terms & Conditions — Naseeb Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Naseeb and describe your rights and obligations when using the app, website, and related services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Naseeb, you agree to these Terms. 1) Acceptance and Agreement By using Naseeb, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the service. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 2) Nature of the Service Naseeb provides a structured digital experience which may include (depending on availability and region): discovering and viewing services on a map (with permission where required) submitting and tracking in‑app requests (e.g., service requests, contract requests, contact requests) in‑app messaging or communication flows that open only under controlled conditions (e.g., after approval) notifications related to account status and request updates Features may vary by version, device, and policy requirements. 3) Eligibility & Registration To use Naseeb, you must: be legally eligible to use the service under applicable Saudi laws and regulations provide accurate and up‑to‑date information complete identity verification when required (e.g., Nafath) for certain features maintain a single account and not impersonate others We may refuse or restrict registration if we detect risk, fraud, or violations. 4) User Responsibilities You agree to: keep your login credentials secure and not share your account use the app respectfully and lawfully avoid harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation avoid requesting or sharing sensitive personal or financial information without a legitimate need report suspicious behavior, fraud, or policy violations comply with in‑app rules for requests, approvals, and communication flows 5) Prohibited Content and Conduct You must not post, send, or share: illegal, abusive, hateful, or indecent content content that violates public decency or applicable local laws spam, scams, or misleading information external promotional links, advertisements, or unauthorized marketing attempts to move communication outside the platform if restricted by Naseeb policies any content intended to harm, blackmail, exploit, or harass other users attempts to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service 6) Privacy Use of Naseeb is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data. You are responsible for what you choose to share. Naseeb is not responsible for actions or agreements made outside the platform. 7) Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that: violate these Terms or other policies are involved in fraud, impersonation, or abusive behavior repeatedly misuse requests or communication features pose a security risk to users or the platform In serious cases, action may be taken without prior notice to protect users and the service. 8) Paid Features (if applicable) Naseeb may offer paid subscriptions or in‑app purchases: pricing and features may change over time refunds are governed by App Store / Google Play policies and applicable laws misuse or violation may result in restriction even for paid users 9) Disclaimer Naseeb provides tools and workflows to organize requests and interactions, but: we do not guarantee outcomes, availability, or results within a specific timeframe users remain responsible for their decisions and interactions to the maximum extent permitted by law, Naseeb is not liable for indirect losses arising from user interactions 10) Intellectual Property All logos, designs, software, and content owned by Naseeb are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use them without written permission. 11) Amendments We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Material updates will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be handled by the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia.
